HOTEL RESERVATION INFO
Standard Room Rates:
- Sunday – Thursday: $70 per night
- Friday and Satruday: $135 per night
Upgrades to Neopolitan, Metropolitan, and Penthouse Suites may be available. Please book your room by clicking (Book Online). After booking, you’ll see upgrade options listed. If the room you want is not listed please contact the call center for availability and rates.
Reservations must be made by June 29th, 2025 to qualify for the reduced rates. Reservations made through the link above after the deadline will still qualify for the complimentary CombatCon swag bag.
If you prefer to phone in your reservations, please call the Flamingo Reservation Center at (888) 277-5944. When calling, mention the name of our group: CombatCon and use our group code: SFCBC5 to save $25/day in resort fees and help support CombatCon.
Please Note: All reservations made via the telephone call center will be assessed a fee of $15 plus current sales tax, per reservation. This fee does not apply to reservations made via the internet.
RESORT FEES
All Las Vegas hotels now charge a resort fee. However, if you book using the CombatCon code, the resort fee is reduced from $45.00 to $20.00 (plus 12% tax) per room, per day, and will be added to the room rate. The resort fee provides guests with:
- Unlimited local phone calls (no long distance or international calls)
- Two (2) guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center
- In-Room Internet access to include two (2) devices per room per day (Property-wide roaming available for an additional fee)
ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS
Standard rates apply to single and double occupancy. Additional occupants will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per person, per night, with a maximum of four (4) persons per guestroom.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 4:00 PM, and checkout is 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. There is an additional fee for early check-in and checkout – please contact the front desk for information.
The lines to check-in and checkout are typically long, so we recommend using the express check-in/checkout kiosks. Also, make sure to include your email address when making your reservation and the Flamingo will email you an online check-in process.
Upon arrival, the Flamingo requires a credit card for incidentals, and will put a hold of $50 per night (a 5 night stay results in a $250 hold) on your card. The hold will be released upon checkout.
PAYMENT METHOD & TERMS
The Flamingo accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club. All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night’s guestroom and tax charge. If the reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night’s guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder’s account. The Flamingo allows individual cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the arrival date. The Flamingo shall charge one (1) night’s guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a “no-show” reservation will be canceled. It is policy to require a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges (see above). Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
