CombatCon Sponsored Events

CombatCon Sponsored Events is a collaborative partnership between CombatCon and organizers hosting their own events. The goal of the partnership is to utilize CombatCon’s established infrastructure, administration, and marketing power to help event hosts maximize awareness and reach, while minimizing the need for administrative resources.  

What CombatCon Brings to the Table:

-CombatCon will assist with marketing and advertising you event
-Your event will be listed events on the CombatCon website under sponsored events
-Your event will be included in CombatCon socials and newsletters to the CombatCon attendee list

What Event Hosts bring to the table:

-Event Hosts are expected to secure a venue (including handling all official contract negotiations and contract signatures)
-Provide website copy, marketing/advertising material, and images, invite guest instructors/presenters -Ensure onsite event logistics (including but not limited to security, food/beverage, lodging, an appropriate training environment, transportation, etc).
-Event hosts will handle registration, product sales, and other administrative functions (such as making hotel reservations, reviewing venue contracts, etc). If you would like CombatCon to handle these details, email us to discuss the fee structure for this service.
*Additionally, Event Hosts are required to carry liability insurance and provide a rider listing CombatCon.*
